About ServSafe®
The ServSafe® Food Manager Certification is a nationally accredited program accepted by health departments nationwide. Food Service Management Certification is required in Minnesota.
The National Restaurant Association develops the ServSafe® program with the help of food service industry experts who face the same risks you do every day.
Years of experience and inside knowledge of the food service industry are at the core of ServSafe® courses, exams, and materials. A ServSafe® Certification will prepare you to handle food sanitation risks.
The materials help define food safety best practices because we involve specialists from regulatory agencies, academia, and the food service industry to create them. ServSafe materials reflect the latest science, research, and FDA Food Code.

Class minimum of 3 people**-
$190/per person includes a book and an online voucher code
Discounts-
5-9 people $180/person includes book and an online voucher code*
10-14 people $170/person includes book and an online voucher code*
15-19 people $160/person includes book and an online voucher code*
20+ $140/person includes book and an online voucher code*
If you do not need a book for each person it is $30 less a person for the above prices.
*Scantron test option by request with a $10 surcharge per person
