For the past 21 years, she has built upon this experience by becoming a ServSafe® instructor and proctor. This role allows her to directly share her knowledge and ensure food handlers have the proper training to protect customers.

Furthermore, her 11 years of conducting 3rd party Food Safety Inspections provide a valuable perspective on regulatory compliance and best practices. By combining this in-depth understanding of food safety principles, regulations, and industry needs, Lesley is uniquely positioned to design customized training programs that meet the specific needs of your business.
