4-Hour Food Safety Class
Our food handlers are important to our facility as they are a person who works in a food facility and performs any duties that involve the preparation, storage, or service of food in a food facility. They should know and practice the same principles as managers when it comes to food safety. This is why we offer a Food Handler Food Safety Class.
We offer specialized training for your staff on the principles of food safety. They will not only receive the training but applicable knowledge they can use going forward to help keep your establishment safe from food-borne illness.
Classes can be held onsite in a setting of your choice. Kitchen walk-throughs are also available as a pre-curser to the class. This class is a great way to have all staff consistently trained without the cost of a customized training plan. Details and pricing are below.
Food Handler Food Safety Class
Class only with a Certificate of Completion. No test or ANSI accreditation
$300 for class plus $20/person for supplies (includes book) English or Spanish books available.
